It is intended for both Cabin and Cockpit Crews...
After entering (in the first tab) the available rest time, the pause in between rests, and -eventually- the lenghts of the meal services, Crew rest will display (in the second tab) the lenght, beginning and ending times of the different rest periods.
2 rounding options are available, they are explained in the "Help" tab...
